Delaware Residents Directory is a privately operated reference to public rolls, index pages, and directory collections concerning Delaware County, Ohio. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with any public office, court, library, archive, or custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it or a linked result to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm a person
- Seek someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft, fraud, or deception
- Make an FCRA-regulated decision
- Systematically scrape, copy, or republish its material
- Interfere with service operation or security
3. Consumer Reporting Notice
Delaware Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Neither this service nor a linked search result is a consumer report, and neither may be used for any purpose regulated by the FCRA.
4. External Resources
Government portals, library collections, archives, and sponsored result services are outside our control. Their content, availability, fees, privacy practices, and terms apply when you use their services.
