Not a records office. We cannot retrieve, certify, alter, or remove a government record, and we cannot confirm who is connected to an address. For an emergency, call 911. For stalking or harassment concerns, contact law enforcement.
Record Questions Go to Custodians
Use the source that holds the kind of Delaware record needed. The street directory explains address and parcel trails, the city directory covers historical collections, and the resident lookup separates name-based record channels. A public-record request under Ohio Revised Code 149.43 should name the actual record and go to its custodian.
The county’s general public-records information identifies the originating office as the right custodian. For archival county material and the Records Center request process, contact the Delaware County Records Center and Archives.
